Projects
Everything I have built is on this screen. Open a line for the story and the links.
01 ForgeWorks One command turns an empty folder into a project an AI agent cannot cut corners on. source
An AI coding agent will happily write a demo. It will not, on its own, write something you can ship. ForgeWorks is the difference: one command turns an empty folder into a project with planning, a real test pyramid, a security review, and a second reviewer built in.
02 Flowdesk An agentic coach for professional intraday futures trading. It plugs into the trading platform and the live data feeds, scores every trade against a 283-note playbook, and turns strategy and setup into experiments a trader can run.
A professional trading setup could be a wall of charts and hundreds of numbers: session levels, VWAP bands, gamma levels, cumulative delta, the ask and bid imbalance down to the tick. Every second brings new prints, new orders, a new price, and the rulebook has a condition for most of them.
03 Heurema Hire an AI team instead of driving a chat box. daily digests
A chat box forgets you every morning. Heurema does not. Drop your files in and they become a linked library. Describe a job in plain words and you have hired an agent to do it.
04 LeadRadar One written brief, and the machine hunts to it. source
Most lead tools ask you to describe your customer in a form. LeadRadar asks you to write a brief: what this instance hunts, where its bar sits, which sources count, how far back to look.
05 mentat A strategy advisor that shows its sources, or says nothing. source
Ask a general model a product-strategy question and you get confident prose with no ground under it. mentat answers the same question and shows you where each part came from.
06 TandemView Five interview levels, each one a different way of asking. source
A mock interview is only useful if the questions are yours. TandemView reads the job description and the CV you paste in, checks they belong together, and builds every question from them.
07 Iran's first enterprise app on a phone Senior managers would not sign a letter unless they were at a desk. product
Didgah Hamrah was Iran's first B2B enterprise office-automation mobile app, built at Chargoon, where I worked from 2009 to 2016. It put a company's management information system on a phone or tablet, and carried the employee self-service side of Chargoon's timekeeper software with it. It ran on top of organisations that already had Chargoon's Didgah Total Solution. The product is documented at http://www.chargoon.com/didgah_hamrah/.
08 Jabama Accommodation (Alibaba Travel) Alibaba Travel's accommodation business, from domestic hotels to a national booking product. product
Alibaba.ir is Iran's top online travel agency, with about 40 percent market share and more than 15 million yearly sales. Jabama was Alibaba Travel's accommodation sub-brand, covering vacation rentals and domestic hotel bookings. I worked on this business at Alibaba Travel Co. in Tehran, Iran, across two roles: Senior Product Manager, Domestic Hotels, from December 2016 to April 2018, then Group Product Line Manager, Accommodation, from April 2018 to February 2020, a total of about three years and two months.
09 Implementing Total HR Solution at Refah Bank A total HR solution implemented across a national bank.
Over two years I implemented comprehensive HR solutions for Refah Bank, an organization of about 10,000 people. The work covered personal systems, timekeeping, and retirement management. It was one of the client engagements I ran at Chargoon, an Iranian enterprise software company, where I worked from 2009 to 2016.
10 Eleven systems, thirty-one provinces, at twenty-four A court that could not let its data leave the province it sat in.
Iran's state discretionary body handles violations by government organisations. It is staffed by judges and lawyers, and it is shaped like a large court.
11 Mavara, built in the middle of the pandemic We had to build the live classroom, because Zoom did not have one.
It was 2020, the start of covid. People were frightened and morale was low.
12 Taking the paper out of Petropars Seventy percent less paper, worth six times what the software cost.
Petropars builds refineries and rigs for Iranian oil and gas. They had a twelve billion dollar project in South Pars, the gas field Iran shares with Qatar.
13 The support portal nobody asked me to build Thirty percent fewer phone calls, from a product that was not my job.
A pattern runs through my career: in most places I have worked, I built something that was not there before me, and often was not my job. Some of it never reached my CV.
14 Mosaic The crossroad of tech and culture, in Persian. hub
Ask someone for a line of Hafez and they will give you the feeling, not the words. Sokhan is a search built for that.
14 projects. I put the ones I care about at the top.
