My career starts in Tehran at Chargoon, an enterprise MIS company. I came in running office-automation rollouts, then spent years managing B2B software implementations across HR, finance, and logistics, before building Iran’s first enterprise mobile product on top of the company’s platform. Seven years, one company, the roots of everything after.

I moved to Alibaba.ir, Iran’s largest online travel agency, to run domestic hotels. I shifted the booking inventory from offline to online, added customer segmentation, and cut operational costs. Two years in I took over Jabama, the accommodation sub-brand, and launched vacation rentals.

After a decade inside larger organizations, I co-founded Mavara Center, an e-learning company in leadership and economics. I built the product line from scratch and worked retention and course offerings to grow revenue, this time as an owner, not an employee.
First founder role, after 10+ years inside larger organizations
While still running Mavara, I started 42 Berlin’s software-engineering curriculum: C, algorithms, file systems, UNIX processes, networks. I wound down the product role in May 2023, finished the program a month later, and relocated from Tehran to Berlin.
By this point I work in three languages: Persian, native; English, full professional proficiency; German, professional working proficiency.
Five months at ESCRIBA, driving product vision for low-code/no-code, AI-supported HR and document-management tools. I owned the roadmap end to end, from market read to shipped feature, aligning business, tech, and user experience.

Head of Product at a multi-model consensus AI startup. I owned the MVP roadmap and took it from ideation to a live product in four months: OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, xAI and DeepSeek answer the same question independently, and a Coordinator merges them into one cross-checked answer with a diversity-weighted agreement score. I shaped the three decision journeys, a credit model that prices a run before it starts, and EU hosting in Frankfurt with GDPR account controls.

Since February 2026 I have been working independently in AI engineering and product, building a multi-agent platform and shipping AI and automation services. Orchestration first, the way I have always built: systems design and agent architecture rather than low-level production code.
