Project : Heurema

A chat box forgets you every morning. Heurema does not. Drop your files in and they become a linked library. Describe a job in plain words and you have hired an agent to do it.

The agents share that one memory. They run on schedule, reach you on Telegram, and answer with citations: your own library first, the web only when it must. Everything stays as plain files on your machine, so nothing locks you in.

It grew out of my graded Turing College capstone in 2026 and kept going after the grade. The daily digests it writes are public.

What it is made of

Agents run on Hermes, a self-hosted open-source agent runtime, and deliver scheduled research with citations against one shared knowledge base. It is backed by more than 3,000 automated tests, including security and prompt-injection coverage, because an agent that reads your files and reaches outward is exactly the shape that needs them.

It was graded 100 out of 100.

Why it exists

While I was studying at Turing College I kept meeting the same person. Not a programmer. They had heard about agents, and the idea of opening a terminal or working with Claude Code frightened them.

There was still no way for someone to describe a process in ordinary human language, get an agent that does it, connect Telegram or Discord to it, have it run at set times, or put several agents behind it.

So I built one.
